How does dual pricing work at a storage facility?
Every unit shows two prices: one for paying by cash or check, and one for paying by card. Tenants pick how they want to pay. Those who choose a card pay the card price, which covers the processing cost, so the fee no longer comes out of your revenue.
It works the same way gas stations have shown cash and credit prices for years. We set up the rate notices, receipts and software settings so every tenant sees both prices clearly up front, with no surprises at checkout.

Can I pass credit card fees to my storage tenants?

Will switching software mean my tenants have to re-enter their cards?
