Field service software and payments for contractors

BRIDGEVANTI matches contractors and service pros with the right software, FieldPulse or Stackably depending on how your business runs, and sets up dual pricing so customers who pay by card cover the processing cost on your invoices. We set it all up, train your team, and stay your direct contact afterward. When you need a truck, tools or working capital, we connect you with funding too.

Why are contractors losing so much to card fees?

Field service jobs come with big invoices, and a percentage fee on a big invoice is a big number. Many job-management apps also bundle their own payment processing, so the software company sets your rate and you rarely get to compare it.

In our experience, the two things that surprise owners most on their statements are their real effective rate and the hidden or junk fees. We also tell every owner to check for rate increases, tiered pricing and auto-renewal terms before signing anything.

Software

FieldPulse or Stackably: which one fits your business?

We match you to the one that fits how you work:

Not sure? Tell us how you schedule, quote and get paid, and we'll recommend one.

  • FieldPulse fits crews that need full job management: scheduling and dispatch, a mobile app for technicians, estimates with good, better and best options, invoices and payments, job and project tracking, a customer portal, and maintenance agreements. It's built for trades like HVAC, electrical, plumbing, garage doors and general contracting.
  • Stackably fits simpler setups: a smart terminal or tablet POS, invoices, appointments, memberships, products and inventory, with its core features at no software cost.
Dual pricing

How does dual pricing work on invoices?

Each invoice shows two totals: one for paying by cash, check or ACH, and one for paying by card. Your customer chooses. If they pay by card, the card price covers the processing cost, so the fee stops coming out of your margin. We set up the invoice wording so both totals are clear before anyone pays.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Can contractors pass card fees to customers?

Yes, through dual pricing. Each invoice shows a cash, check or ACH total and a card total, and the customer chooses. Customers who pay by card cover the processing cost.

What's the difference between FieldPulse and Stackably?

FieldPulse is full field service management: scheduling, dispatch, a technician app, estimates, invoices, payments and job tracking. Stackably is a simpler POS and invoicing setup with a terminal or tablet, appointments, memberships and inventory. We recommend the one that fits how your business runs.

Can my customers pay in the field?

Yes. Both options let you take payments on a mobile device or terminal, and customers can also pay invoices online.

Can I accept ACH payments?

Yes. ACH bank payments are a lower-cost option for large invoices, and with dual pricing customers can see a lower price for paying by ACH or check.

Can you help me finance a truck or equipment?

Yes. We connect contractors with funding partners for equipment financing, lines of credit, term loans and SBA loans. All funding is subject to approval.
