This policy explains what information BRIDGEVANTI ("we," "us") collects when you visit our website or contact us, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using this website, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you take our survey, request a statement analysis or send us a message, you may provide:
- Contact details: your name, business name, email address and phone number
- Business details: business type, years in business, the services you're interested in and your funding needs
- Payment processing details: monthly card volume, processing fees, average sale amount, how your customers pay and your current processor or point of sale system
- Anything else you choose to include in a message
Please don't send us full card numbers, bank account numbers, Social Security numbers or passwords through this website. Our forms don't ask for them.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we and our service providers may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages you view, links you click, the site that referred you and the date and time of your visit. This is collected through cookies, pixels and similar technologies described below.
Information stored in your browser. To carry your survey answers over to the statement analysis and calculator, the site saves them in your browser's session storage. That data stays on your device and is cleared when you close the browser tab. The savings calculator runs entirely in your browser and doesn't send us anything unless you submit a form.
How we use your information
- To prepare your recommendations, statement analysis, savings estimates and proposals
- To respond to your questions and follow up about the services you asked about
- To set up processing, equipment, growth services or funding when you decide to move forward
- To understand how visitors use our website and improve it
- To measure and improve our advertising, including showing ads to people who visited our site
- To protect against fraud and misuse, and to comply with legal obligations
Calls and text messages
If you give us your phone number, you agree that BRIDGEVANTI may call or text you at that number about your inquiry, your analysis and the services you asked about. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Your consent isn't a condition of any purchase.
You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below. You can also ask us to stop calling you.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as described here:
- Service providers that help us run the website and our business, such as our form provider (Formspree), website hosting, and analytics and advertising providers (Google and Meta). They may use information only to provide services to us, or as described in their own policies for analytics and advertising.
- Processing and funding partners. When you ask us to move forward, we share the details needed with our processing partner, Full Stack Payments, our funding partner, or equipment and software providers so they can prepare offers, applications or setup.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, legal process or to protect the rights, property or safety of BRIDGEVANTI, our clients or others.
- Business changes. If BRIDGEVANTI is involved in a merger, sale or transfer of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Our Funding links take you to our funding partner's website. Information you submit there is governed by that partner's privacy policy, not this one.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, understand how it's used and measure our advertising:
- Google Analytics helps us understand traffic and how visitors use the site. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Learn more about how Google uses data from sites that use its services.
- Meta Pixel lets us measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and show ads to people who visited our site. You can manage this in your Meta ad preferences.
- You can also opt out of interest-based ads from many companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance.
- Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. If you do, some parts of the site may not work as intended.
Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. Because there is no common standard for them, the site does not respond to them. Where applicable law requires it, we treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of targeted advertising.
How long we keep information
We keep your information as long as needed to respond to you, provide services, keep business records and meet legal obligations, and then delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you share with us. No website or transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
This website is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Your choices and rights
- Access, correction and deletion. You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it.
- Marketing. Reply STOP to texts, ask us to stop calling, or tell us to stop emailing you.
- Targeted advertising. Use the opt-out tools above, or contact us to opt out of targeted advertising.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy law. We'll respond to requests as required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity first. You won't be treated differently for exercising your rights.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
